Caitlin McCreight

Caitlin holds an MSc in Climate Change, Management & Finance from Imperial College London, where she deepened her expertise in climate science and carbon finance. At Imperial, her research focused on the integration of blue carbon into national climate policies and finance strategies, exploring how coastal ecosystems can support mitigation, adaptation, and financing goals.
Prior to joining HAMERKOP, Caitlin spent five years in executive search specialising in climate change, where she helped organisations identify and attract leading experts in climate policy, carbon markets, and sustainability. Caitlin also holds an MSc in International Management from King’s College London and a BA in International Relations & Management from the University of St. Andrews. She speaks English and French.
At HAMERKOP, Caitlin supports a range of assignments, with a particular focus on nature-based projects as well as carbon market strategy & policy work. She is passionate about scaling high-integrity nature-based solutions, particularly blue carbon and coastal restoration, with an emphasis on equity and community participation.
