Judith Becker

Head of Strategy & Operations

Judith is an accomplished strategy and operations leader, consistently delivering operational excellence with over 15 years of agency experience. Prior to joining HAMERKOP, she was the Chief Operating Officer of H/Advisors Cicero. She supervised the Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, and Business Development teams and was involved in successful M&A activities to ensure the company's strategic objectives were achieved. Additionally, she oversaw the political monitoring and intelligence department and was responsible for developing and maintaining Cicero Pulse, a proprietary online portal.

Before moving to London, she worked for the Political Section of the European Commission Delegation in Beijing. She is a graduate of Maastricht University (BA European Studies), Peking University and the London School of Economics (Double MSc International Affairs) and Bayes Business School (MSc Global Finance). Having lived in seven countries, she has an immense interest in diversity, equality, inclusion and mental well-being.
